Gold Coast Series Cancelled

Yet another west coast Hunter/Jumper show has fallen victim to the wet weather.

The Gold Coast Series Horse Show, scheduled for February 17 thru 19 at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center (LAEC) in Burbank California has been cancelled due to a forecast of heavy rains.

Langer Equestrian Group (LEG) was forced to make the decision to cancel despite the fact that the LAEC has a covered arena, known as the Equidome.

“With forecasters predicting the worst storm of the season, with the potential to drop up to two inches of rain, it is just impossible to put on an event that show jumping exhibitors can enjoy.”

The next LEG show,  the Verdugo Hills March Fling, is scheduled for March 17 thru 19 at Hansen Dam.
